“Madison & Company Properties is dedicated to community involvement and giving back. This commitment can be seen in the Brighton office where they consistently host community
events, work with the city to support their events, and promote other local business and give back to local charities that matter most to Brighton and the community.”
Why was the signage requested?
“Branding and office décor. We needed something on our front that identified what business we were as people passing by looked in but didn’t really know who we are or what we did. The metal sign on our wall was requested because the other 5 Madison offices have one. It creates unity among all our offices and we just had this huge wall space to fill up.”
Who are you trying to target with your new signage?
“Walk by traffic is huge for us being on Main St. We are hoping the logo on the door is more inviting and answers some of those “what is in there” questions.”
Did the signs meet your purpose?“Yes, the new logo on the door has made it more clear as to what sort of business we operate, and made our storefront more welcoming. Our metal wall logo has satisfied and aesthetic need in our office that creates unity with our other offices. “
What kind of feedback have you received from your clientele regarding the sign?
“It is much easier to identify what business resides in the office space because of the logo on the door. The metal logo on the wall completes the office space.”
