“DB Marketing (DBMK) is a LoDo ad agency with a focus on real estate and development marketing. We provide a wide range of communications services from branding and design to print, digital, and public relations support.”
Why was the signage requested?
“Brokers constantly preach the importance of curb appeal. In today’s day and age marketing is the first impression for a property. Whether under construction or a finished property, the signage marketing sets a tone for what’s to come.”
Who are you trying to target with your new signage?
“We target new home buyers, renters, or business owners looking for property. The value of these customers is growing, as well as getting more competitive. Why spend thousands of dollars on an element that sits inside the property if nobody ever sees it? Well the marketing is meant to create awareness, establish a brand, and emotionally connect with the audience.”
Did the signs meet your purpose?
“Yes. The signage was able to take the attention away from a construction site, and focus on the vision for an exciting community in West Line Village that is coming soon.”
What kind of feedback have you received from your clientele regarding the sign?
“Excellent. We were a finalist for two marketing awards from the Home Builders Association and took home one. Dawn and her group are one of our favorite vendors. The sign business is a difficult industry and its important to find somebody that cares about your project and that you trust.”
